We support the Area East Committee to help local communities become better places to live and work. We provide help and assistance on a wide range of community projects and local issues. The Area Development team can also advise on funding and support from SSDC to local projects.
Retail Support Initiative Grants
Community grants are available to voluntary and charitable organisations, not for profit groups, Parish or Town councils and other organisations that benefit the wider community.
The Area East Development team produce a bulletin which is sent to all members, parish councils and community groups operating in Area East.
