Community Grants

Community grants are available to voluntary and charitable organisations, not for profit groups, Parish or Town councils and other organisations that benefit the wider community.

Applications are encouraged that meet a clearly identified local need in areas such as Arts, Play and Play Areas, Sports and Recreation, Youth Initiatives, Group development and start up, Community activities and initiatives and Wildlife and Countryside.

Grants are available for up to 50% of the project cost up to a value of £12,500.

Our available funds cannot always stretch as far as we would like - but we may still be able to help you identify sources of funding with the help of our Funding File, or help with project planning.

Please contact us to request a Grant Application Pack. A electronic version is also available.

If you need help completing the application please contact Natalie Ross, Community Development Officer on 01935 462462 or email.

You might also find the SSVA Grant Toolkit useful.
