Zero under 18's club nights

Zero is a partnership project designed to reduce alcohol related anti-social behaviour and binge drinking throughout South Somerset by providing under 18 night club events.

The Zero Project have been running successful under 18 events in Yeovil for three years and can have up 600 young people attending any one event.

The Night Club events are currently held on a wednesday from 7pm - 11pm during school holidays at Club Neo, Stars Lane, Yeovil for young people aged 14-17.

The next event will be on Wednesday 6th June.   There will be music by DJ Clifty. Entry is £5 on the door, there is a free cloakroom and drinks start from £1.

If you are aged 14-17 visit the 'Zero Clubbers' page on Facebook for details of forthcoming events, information, advice and photos.

The Zero Project are now offering small grants (from £100 to £300) for local projects and organisations working with and involving young people.  Please see our grant information and application pack for more details.

Zero events are alcohol free and to help ensure this random breath tests and bag searches on entry to the venue are carried out.

There is zero tolerance to anti-social behaviour and the Police, a project partner, are in attendance at events and work alongside the club's staff to ensure the young people are able to have an enjoyable evening in a safe environment.

Zero promotes safe routes home by encouraging parents and guardians to collect their child.  Street Pastors are present when the events finish to ensure that all the young people get to their lifts and homes safely.

Young people are not able to leave the venue prior to 11pm without the permission of a parent or guardian.

Please see our parental information leaflet for further information on the project, its aims and partners.
