Health walks
Health walks are great for not only exercising but also for
meeting people in your local area and enjoying the beautiful South
Somerset countryside.

Alzheimer's Society Health Walks (for people under 65 with
memory loss and their companions)
These walks will be held on the first Wednesday of the
month from May to October 2010. The walks are a chance to get
together and have fun, so they will not be challenging and where
possible a shortened walk will be available to those who prefer to
have a slower stroll.
For more details or to request a health
questionnaire please email julie.chant@alzheimers.org.uk
