requirements for recycling and waste separation and collection in

House buyers and tenants value good recycling facilities. Waste
and recycling collections are essential services for households and
must be considered when designing a new development or even
converting an existing property. Failure to do so can lead to poor
services for future residents and could result in objections to
planning applications.
