We will try to hold only the minimum data necessary to perform our business and will erase or destroy the data in such a manner that confidentiality is maintained. You can obtain access to the personal information we hold on you by downloading and  completing a Subject Access Request form. We will respond by supplying your personal information within 40 days of receiving the due fee.
