Service standards
We want to ensure that when we deal with our customers we provide the service possible which is why we have certain standards which you can expect to receive.
  • We will respond to initial press calls within four working hours and always provide a timescale in which to expect a full response. If we cannot meet that timescale we will call and let you know.
  • When we issue press releases we will publish them on our website the next working day or sooner.
  • We will check at least once a month that the council website is up to date and user friendly.
  • We will produce at least three issues of the resident's newsletter a year and develop a review process to ensure we are providing you with information that you want and find useful.
