How we are doing?

Elections and Electoral Registration

We monitor our service standards on a regular basis to ensure that our performance is in line with our promised standard. The Democratic Services Officer regularly extracts reports from the election management system in order to identify any performance exceptions and to enable us to take remedial action.

Word Processing & Printing Services

We monitor our service standards on a regular basis to ensure that our performance is in line with our promised standard through a well established system of service requirement forms. Staff are encouraged to highlight performance issues through regular contact with their line manager.

Committee Administration

We monitor our service standards on a regular basis to ensure that our performance is in line with our promised standard. There is a standard committee monitoring form completed after each committee meeting. These are regularly monitored to identify any variance from the standard.

Member Development/Democratic Renewal

We monitor our service standards on a regular basis to ensure that our performance is in line with our promised standard. Promoting democratic renewal is part of the service plan and is subsequently monitored. The Member Development Officer takes a quarterly report to the Member Development Group and Portfolio Holder identifying all member development undertaken and the number of members completing personal development plans.
