Become a district councillor

A district Councillor is a great role that will benefit you and your local community.

Councillors come from all walks of life: Different backgrounds, knowledge and experiences help us to represent different views, and take a different approach.

You can represent the local community and work as part of a team of 60 elected Councillors to make good decisions to provide services that respond to the needs of the community now and in the future.
