We are responsible for a number of public conveniences at various locations around the district.

Public conveniences

The public conveniences are cleaned daily by our appointed cleaning contractors.

If you would like to report vandalism, issues about cleanliness or an incident please either contact us online or call us on 01935 462462.

To report a problem outside of normal working hours, please call our contractors Glen Cleaning Ltd on 01305 257048.

 

Accessible Toilet Facilities & RADAR Keys

Accessible toilets are available at the following locations:

Castle Cary - Millbrook Gardens (operated by Castle Cary Town Council)

Chard - Boden Street; Bath Street

Crewkerne - South Street (operated by Crewkerne Town Council)

Ilchester - Scheme operated by Ilchester Town Council utilising toilets at three public houses for public use

Ilminster - adjacent to Tesco's, Shudrick Lane

A303 - Cartgate picnic/layover area (operated by Highways Agency)

Somerton - Cox's Yard (operated by Somerton Town Council)

Stoke sub Hamdon - Ham Hill

Wincanton - Memorial Hall

Yeovil - Bus Station; Mudford Recreation Ground; Petters Way car park; Peter Street (operated by Yeovil TC); Ninesprings Cafe

Langport - Whatley car park (operated by Langport Town Council)

Martock - Pinnacle area (operated by Martock Parish Council)

Individual sites have varying opening hours and closing times but in the main are open at 7.00am each day of the week (except Christmas Day). Toilets run by Town/parish Councils may vary)

RADAR keys are available from the following locations and can be purchased (for £2.00):

  • Chard Community office, The Lace Mill, Chard.
  • Petters House, Yeovil.
  • All Tourist Information Centres
  • Access for All, South Street, Yeovil, BA20 1QE (opening hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am to 2.00pm)
