The Arts & Entertainment Service that manages The Octagon Theatre and Westlands Entertainment Venue seek a passionate and talented Finance & Business Manager to bring their experience and knowledge to drive growth across both venues. With The Octagon Theatre's exciting development, you will lead the finance and administrative functions across the service and work with managers to improve financial performance. The successful candidate will develop business plans and have experience in financial management and a passion for the theatre and cultural sector. As part of our management team, you will play a vital role in the management and development of our venues, leading, motivating, and managing the team to deliver exceptional service
