What we’re looking for… 

This is a new and exciting opportunity within the Case Services Team, which will focus mainly on bringing Council Tax and Business Rates accounts that are in arrears up to date.  Due to the Covid19 pandemic, the recovery of those accounts in arrears was paused; we now need a motivated individual to join our team to help get the recovery process back on track. You must have excellent attention to detail, be resilient, proactive and resourceful in your approach and have the ability to problem solve and handle difficult situations in a sensitive manner.  You will deal with all aspects of recovery, including insolvency and dealing with enforcement agents.
