37 hours per week - job share would be considered
Status: Fixed term contract for 18 months
What we’re looking for…
We are looking for a candidate with strong administration and organisational skills, ideally developed within a People / HR function to join our Case Services Team. The post holder should be able to work accurately, under pressure and demonstrate excellent customer service.
The role forms part of a multi-disciplined team (so we may ask you to support other areas within our Support Services area) but the main focus will be processing and supporting People (HR) related case work. This includes most elements of the employee lifecycle from recruitment campaigns through to supporting the management of leavers plus advising our People Managers and Team Leaders on non complex cases.
Working very closely with the People Specialists (HRBPs) and a designated customer group, the successful candidate will be encouraged to develop their knowledge and experience to enable working on their own initiative, with support from policies and procedures.
This role would support someone who is flexible in their approach and looking to develop and expand their career in People / HR.
