We have exciting opportunities for Casual Café Barista’s to join us. What we’re looking for…

It is an exciting time to join the Leisure and Recreation Café team. Our Ninesprings Café is an important part of what Yeovil Country Park offers our visitors and why they continue to visit. To help run our cafe we are looking for new casual Baristas to join us.

You must have high energy, a warm and positive demeanour, and experience in offering exceptional customer service is desriable. You would be joining a great team that is part of the vital front of house presence for the award winning Country Park. You will need to be able to deliver fantastic refreshments during park events and be happy welcoming and supporting the communities of the two sites. 

Experience in a coffee shop is highly desirable but full training will be given. The ability to deliver excellent customer service is vital. You will have a main place of work, but the ability to be flexible to work across both our sites (The Rec Café at Yeovil Recreation Ground) in periods of high demand would be required. The Cafe is open seven days a week and you will be expected to work weekend shifts on a rota basis in agreement with the café manager.
