What we’re looking for…
- A customer focussed individual who can deal efficiently with a multi-channel method of customer contact
- Must have the ability to multi-task and cope with a busy call centre environment
- Experience of Northgate and Civica EDM systems preferable
- Ability to work within a casual contract which incorporates a mutual flexibility approach
