What we’re looking for…
Westlands Entertainment Venue and The Octagon Theatre are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to assist the Catering Manager and the Head Chef in the catering operation across both venues. The successful candidate will have experience of large scale catering, playing a key role in the preparation and delivery of high quality, delicious food. This is a diverse and challenging role where you will be required to lead on the delivery of multi-course banquets for up to 350 guests, buffet lunches for 400 guests or 130 diners in our theatre restaurant. Excellent knowledge of food hygiene is essential in addition to creative flair and the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional food and service.
