What we’re looking for… 

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player to join our busy team of Customer Connect Officers who deliver an excellent front-facing service to external customers as part of a highly effective professional customer service team. As part of this, you will be responsible for multi-skilling and encouraging knowledge transfer across the Customer Connect team. You will be involved in the customer services strategy including interpreting customer intelligence, horizon scanning and keeping on top of best practice. 
  • The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing environment and have knowledge of the Northgate system. They will need to be able to demonstrate that they are resourceful, proactive and have the ability to use their own initiative. The ability to review processes and recommend better ways of working through collaboration with others is essential.
