We are looking for a well-motivated and customer orientated person to join the team at Yeovil Innovation Centre. The role will deliver Customer Services to external customers and internal tenants as part of a highly effective and professional multi skilled customer service team at Yeovil Innovation Centre. The role will need to proactively manage and resolve customer issues through a range of channels, supporting with incoming communications and aiding centre operational requirements.
The YIC currently supports 40 businesses and over 250 people in the building. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and should have experience of working with the public in a busy front line situation. The role will carry out a range of other related duties making service bookings, taking and processing payments supporting operational requirements e.g. meetings and events. Duties would also include organising beverages, catering and room requirements, occasional evening and weekend work would also be required. Support the day to day operations of the YIC including health and safety checks, cleaning and open /close down checks.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and has the ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy competent use of Microsoft Office including spread sheets and enjoying working in a small team.
