What we’re looking for…
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual who wishes to expand their experience and develop into a role working as part of an experienced team of property professionals.
Reporting to the Commercial Property, Land and Development Manager you will have drive and ambition together with varied property, economic development and business expertise, encompassing acquisitions and disposals, development, investment and regeneration. This is both a professional and creative role, requiring innovation and imagination in the use, development, assembly and management of a suitable portfolio of assets.
Property management, investment and regeneration projects will be pivotal to meeting the Council’s future ambitions including financial management, income generation, regeneration and housing development.
