We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist – People (HR Business Partner) to join us. Status: 18 month fixed term contract
Location: Yeovil occasionally and via agile working
What we’re looking for…
- Extensive HR / people related experience which would be applied in the supporting of a number of complex projects relating the employment experience at SSDC
- A thorough knowledge of employment law and pragmatic application via change management activities and supporting a team who are managing complex cases
- An individual who is able to work at pace, be comfortable with complexity, seeks to understand context in order to deliver successful outcomes, whilst supporting the shifting of culture in a transformed matrix organisation with a digital agenda
You will be a professionally qualified Chartered MCIPD and have extensive HR / people experience, ideally having gained valuable experience working within the public and/or private sector.
There may be an occasional need to travel to our offices in Yeovil but we will also consider candidates who want to / are able to work in a digital / agile way.
