Our selection process

How will my suitability for the role be assessed?

Our selection process is typically made up of two components:

  • A technical assessment – to explore your knowledge, skills and experience related to the specific role you are applying for
  • A competency assessment – to explore your attitude and approach to your work, based on real examples to demonstrate how you approach different scenarios, in line with our attitudes and approaches framework

It will help you to familiarise yourself with the contents of the A&A framework and use it to prepare for selection as, along with other technical assessments, this is used as a basis for determining your suitability for the role you are applying for. 

You will be given more information about the selection process specific to the role you are applying for when you are invited to attend.
