Peter Pan breaks Box Office records!

With two weeks of performances still to go, Peter Pan has become the best selling pantomime ever at The Octagon Theatre!

This year's production has smashed Box Office records for the fifth consecutive year, surpassing Sleeping Beauty's 2016 record performance ticket sales of 27,395.

With some tickets still available between now and the final performance on Sunday 1 January 2017, total ticket sales have already passed the 28,000 mark.

The show has been hailed as 'One of the best Yeovil pantomimes in years', 'A treat from start to finish', Another belter of a panto' and 'You could have measured the audience excitement on a seismograph'. Audiences from Somerset and beyond have been enjoying the show, with hundreds of photos and videos from the show's finale being shared on social media, accompanied by rave reviews which have been shared online and with the theatre directly.

Adam Burgan, Arts & Entertainment Manager at The Octagon Theatre said, "We are delighted to have once again broken the Box Office record - the Octagon pantomime just goes from strength to strength. The feedback on the production really has been exceptional proving to be a hit on every level. At this festive time of year it really is a great way to bring 2016 to close and start 2017 from such a positive position."

Tickets for 'Cinderella', Evolution Production's next enchanting pantomime at The Octagon Theatre in 2017 are already on sale now and in high demand with around 2,000 tickets already snapped up.
