Buggy walks

We have set up buggy walks in South Somerset to give everyone with young children in buggies a chance to exercise and meet new people.

 Buggy Walk 13

The idea of buggy walks is to give parents the opportunity to walk with their young children, get some fresh air and chat to other parents at the same time. Taking out the need for transport to travel to access physical activity or exercise, child care as the children can join in on the walks either in a buggy or walking themselves and cost as barriers to being more active as the walks are free.
