Missed waste collection? Save time and report it online

Recently, we have seen a rise in calls reporting missed waste collections. Did you know that you can report a missed collection online? Not only will it save you time, it will help keep our phone lines free for our most vulnerable customers. 

Simply complete the SWP missed collection form. 

You can view your waste collection days by visiting the SWP website. Remember to make sure your black waste bin is out for collection before 7am on your collection day.
