Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles Consultation

South Somerset District Council are required to produce a Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005. This is required to be revisited every 3 years.

We have looked at the previously consulted Statement of Principles and after careful consideration, have determined not to make any changes to this document.

We are required to consult with stakeholders and the public and to this end, we are presenting the unchanged document for comment.

As no changes have been made, this consultation will commence from Monday 4 July and close on Sunday 31st July 2022
