Apply for a full variation to a club premises certificate
If you would like to add or change any of the following to your club premises certificate you will need to make a variation application:
- Regulated Entertainment - Including performance of plays, exhibition of films, indoor sporting events, boxing/ wrestling, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, and entertainment like music or dance.
- Supply of Alcohol - Authorisation under the Licensing Act 2003 is needed for any supply of alcohol.
- Days and Timings - For example you wish to extend your authorised hours for live music on Fridays from 22.00 hours until midnight or include another day in the operating schedule.
- Layout of Premises - This would include making structural alterations to the property.
Such applications can be a full or minor variation, however the latter is subject to a number of restrictions.

Will tacit consent apply?
Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from us by the end of the target completion date. This date is 30 days after the Council and the responsible authorities have received your valid application.
