Site rules for licensed park home sites
Under the Mobile Homes Act 2013, we must keep an online register of caravan and mobile homes’ site rules.
We maintain this register for the owners of sites in the South Somerset area.
A site owner may set rules on residential caravan sites. We do not enforce these rules, however, some rules may be the same as the site licence conditions. The site rules are part of the contract between the mobile home dweller and the site owner and support the Mobile Homes Act Agreement.
